BIO ~ David Thompson 

David ThompsonA veteran track and field coach, certified personal trainer, mental health professional, and author with more than 33 years of experience mentoring children, adolescents, young adults, and families.  

Through mentorship, coaching, youth development programs, and family support services, he helps young people build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, and purpose.  

Diagnosed with dyslexia later in life, he draws on his own journey with learning differences and mental health
